How do I add a trip?

Forward your booking confirmation emails to import@travelbytrinidad.com, or tap the + button on the home screen to manually create a trip.

How do I delete a flight or trip item?

Open the trip, tap on the flight or item you want to remove, then tap the "Delete" button. You can also long-press on items to access edit and delete options.

How do I share my trip with travel companions?

Open your trip and scroll to the "Companions" section. Tap the + button to invite companions by email or share a QR code they can scan.

What is the Time Capsule feature?

Time Capsule lets you and your travel companions upload photos during your trip. The album "seals" after your trip ends, creating a shared memory collection you can revisit together.

How do I get flight status updates?

Flight status is automatically tracked for flights added to your trips. Enable push notifications in your device settings to receive real-time updates about delays, gate changes, and more.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Tap the "Upgrade" banner in the app or go to Settings > Subscription to view Pro features and pricing. Pro includes unlimited Miggs AI assistance, offline access, and more.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including trips, photos, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.
